An online credit card donation can be made by clicking on the link below to a secure site established by Habitat for Humanity International. This site will enable you to make personal gifts as well as gifts made in memory/honor of others.

When using this secure site, please be sure to complete the box on the left hand side column if you wish to designate our affiliate as the recipient of your gift.

100% of each designated donation will be transferred to our local affiliate Habitat for Humanity of  Cape Cod. Thank you!

To send your donation by mail:

You may mail your donation to the address below or feel free to download our form in a pdf file and send that with your donation. Please make sure to include your name, your complete address and telephone number. In addition, if you are making this donation as a gift to honor someone else please include the occasion (i.e. Birthday, Anniversary, Memoriam) and the address of the honoree if you would like them to be notified of your generous gift.
