Sandy Meadow Way, Eastham 2012 – Two three-bedroom ranch style homes.

Land donated by the Eastham Affordable Housing Trust, Major funding provided by a bequest from the estate of Christopher Lovelock & Faith Build 2012, a collaborative sponsorship of many Lower and Outer Cape churches and communities of faith.

These homes, like all our homes, were built with a dedicated corps of community volunteers, the sweat equity of the owners, and many generous contributions from the community.
