Now known as Murray Lane. The 6 foundations are in! If all goes as planned, we will raise walls at Murray Lane in May or June 2021. Applications have closed and we will be picking qualified buyers soon.
Barrows Road (now Willett Way) , Falmouth
Building permits were issued in December. We have begun putting in the foundations and septic systems for the first 6 homes. We will raise walls at Willett Way in June 2021 (6 homes) and May 2022 (4 homes).
Route 6, Truro
181 Route 6, 3 homes - Our 40B Comprehensive Permit approval by the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA), was appealed by a neighbor. A trial was held in November 2019, with a decision for the plaintiff in March 2020. We are back to the "drawing board" and hope to have an update in spring 2021.
Old Kings Highway, Wellfleet
Old Kings Highway - Our 40B Comprehensive Permit for four homes which was approved by the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) in July 2019 has been appealed by several abutters. We are working our way through the judicial process. We do not expect to have a judgment until Summer 2021. We will provide more information as soon as we are able.
George Ryder Road South, Chatham
We will be closing on the land for this project in late March or early April 2021. We plan to begin infrastructure work on this project beginning in the late fall 2021 with a wall raising in 2022.
Great Neck Road North, Mashpee
Now known as Mendes Way. We raised walls in October 2020. And are making terrific progress at this site. We have installed solar on both homes. And we expect the homes to be completed by July 2021.
We have submitted our applications for the scatter site project of 3 homes at 1 Nauset Street (1 home) and 167 Cotuit Road (2 homes) to the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA). A hearing has been set for Tuesday, March 23rd, 2021 at 6 p.m. We would welcome your support. We hope to begin construction on this project in 2022.
Quanset Road, Orleans
We continue to make great progress on our two-bedroom home at 15 Quanset Road. We expect to be completed by June 2021.
Red Top Road, Brewster
We will be presenting our LIP application to the Brewster Selectboard for signature on April 5th, 2021 at 6 p.m. Following its signature we will submit to the Department of Housing & Community Development. Following DHCD approval, we will head to ZBA for permitting. It is our hope to start construction in 2022.
