We are permitted to build a 6 affordable home subdivision on a lot behind the existing houses at this address. These 2 and 3 bedroom single family homes will be ranch and Cape styles. Planned start for infrastructure is late Spring 2019. Barring unforeseen delays, volunteer construction is expected to begin in Fall 2020. Volunteer construction usually starts 12 - 18 months after we begin infrastructure work.

181 Route 6, 3 homes - Our 40B Comprehensive Permit approval by the Zoning Board (ZBA), has been appealed. We cannot announce a start date for this project until the appeal has been resolved. We expect to have updated information about this project sometime in late spring or early summer 2019.

Old Kings Highway - Our 40B Comprehensive Permit approval by the Zoning Board (ZBA) for three homes was appealed. We are planning to submit a new ZBA application Spring 2019.

We have been awarded, through an RFP process, the opportunity to build 2 affordable homes (1-3 bedroom; 1-2 bedroom) in Chatham. We are at the early stage in the process, but will share more information soon.

We will be building a 3 bedroom home at Degrass Road. Permitting is in place and we expect to begin site preparation in late spring.
