Paul Hush Way, Brewster

The foundations have been poured for the first six homes (Phase 1) of this future 14 home Habitat neighborhood! Watch for announcements of a community kickoff event, and wall raisings, expected in late summer 2017. Beginning on Monday, September 18, 2017 one of these homes will be built entirely by the professionals of the Home Builder and Remodelers Association of Cape Cod (HBRACC) in a five-day Blitz Build.

Schedule

Volunteer construction is anticipated to begin Summer 2017. Applications for six homes in Brewster are now closed. Future application openings will be posted when available. Click the following links for a sample application and general information on applying in the future for when applications do open. Note: currently the site is closed to all except for authorized contractors.

Directions

From Route 6 (Mid-Cape Highway), take exit 10 onto Route 124 (Harwich/Brewster). Follow Rt-124/Pleasant Lake Avenue north for about 3.5 miles, then turn right onto Tubman Road. Our new road, Paul Hush Way (the site of the former Bassett’s Wild Animal Farm), is about 500 feet on your right.
