Application/Information Workshop for Prospective Buyers

Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod has announced that the affordable homeownership application period for one three-bedroom home on Horne Avenue in Pocasset (Bourne) has been extended for thirty days (June 18 – July 20, 2026). Applicant households need to make at or less than 80% of the Barnstable County 2025 Area Median Income (AMI).

Applicants are strongly urged to attend one of the in-person or virtual Zoom Habitat Cape Cod Application/Information Workshops for prospective buyers.

Please see below for the Zoom link for a specific date, and have the application available to look at during the workshop.

Local families help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. Habitat Cape Cod homes are deed-restricted to remain affordable in perpetuity.
