Christmas in July: Own a Piece of Cape Cod History
The Christmas Tree Shops Legacy Auction
For over 50 years, the Christmas Tree Shops signs were more than just retail markers; they were iconic landmarks for generations of local residents and the millions of visitors who crossed the bridges every year. While the stores have closed, this summer we are celebrating Christmas in July by giving serious collectors, regional businesses, historians, and enthusiastic community members a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own an authentic, monumental piece of old Cape Cod history.
Habitat for Humanity is proud to announce this exclusive mid-summer auction event specifically featuring two original, 27-foot exterior building signs, generously donated to us directly by Greg Bilezikian, manager of Turtle Rock LLC.
Bidding Opens on July 13, 2026!
The auction is open for preview right now!
