It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our dear friend, longtime volunteer, member of Charlie’s Angels, and cherished member of the Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod family, Mike DiRuzza.
An exceptionally talented carpenter and gifted teacher, Mike volunteered on our construction sites for more than 20 years, helping build 73 Habitat Cape Cod homes. Through his craftsmanship, generosity, and willingness to mentor others, he made a lasting impact on homeowners, fellow volunteers, and everyone fortunate enough to work alongside him.
Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with Mike’s wife, Norma, his family, friends, and fellow volunteers whose lives he touched so deeply. He will be greatly missed, and his legacy will live on in the homes he helped build and the countless lives he changed.

A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Orleans, MA, at 11 am, 61 Canal Rd. Orleans, MA 02653. Family and friends will gather in community at the church hall following the funeral mass.
