Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod may be able to work with you to make your dreams come true. The unique Habitat for Humanity program offers families the opportunity to own a home with an affordable monthly mortgage payment.
For over 35 years, we have developed more than 180 affordable homes on Cape Cod. Local families help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. The homes are deed-restricted to remain affordable in perpetuity.
Habitat Cape Cod homes typically range from one to three bedrooms, and the price to the homeowner is $154,750 to $247,000.
