2026 HOME BUILDERS BLITZ BUILD

ONE HOME FOR ONE FAMILY IN ONE WEEK
The 2026 Blitz home, a three-bedroom Cape, will be one of four affordable homes constructed behind the Falmouth ReStore on Gifford Street Extension in Falmouth.
Every two years, the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Cape Cod (HBRACC) and hundreds of its members and associates donate materials and supplies and volunteer countless hours of skilled labor to build a Habitat Cape Cod home that will be purchased by a local family with an affordable mortgage.
A Blitz Build is a home constructed from frame to finish in just one week, donated to Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod. The Home Builders Blitz partnership between Habitat and HBRACC began in 2013 and continues every two years, with successful builds in Orleans, Harwich, Brewster, Dennis, and Falmouth, highlighting the urgent need for affordable homeownership for local families and the commitment of the home building industry to supporting that goal.
