ONE HOME FOR ONE FAMILY IN ONE WEEK
The 2026 Blitz house, a three-bedroom Cape, will be one of four affordable homes constructed behind the Falmouth ReStore on Gifford Street Extension in Falmouth.
Every two years, the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Cape Cod (HBRACC) and hundreds of its members and associates donate materials and supplies and volunteer countless hours of skilled labor to build a Habitat Cape Cod home that will be purchased by a local family with an affordable mortgage.

A successful Blitz Build involves the generosity of the entire community — not only the suppliers, contractors, skilled professionals, and laborers, but also the many members and associates of HBRACC and Habitat volunteers who contribute their time and expertise in hospitality, meals, multimedia… and everything else that doesn’t involve a construction tool! Every aspect of additional support we receive is crucial and very much appreciated.
