Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod’s 7th Annual Ride for Homes, Presented by KAM Applicances, held in Bourne, on Sunday, September 15th raised over $66,000!

Xiarhos Memorial Fund, Santa Fe Warehouse, Anderson Framing & Remodeling, The Valle Group, Inc., the Better Business Bureau, Hanlon’s Shoes, Seasports Cyclery & Outdoor, Cape Cod Broadcasting Media, and Cape Cod Life Publications.

68 individuals biked, ran and walked. Funds raised will help build affordable homes on Cape Cod.

The 8th Annual Ride for Homes will be held in September of 2025.

Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod has completed over 180 homes on Cape Cod and is currently building in Brewster, Dennis, and Wellfleet. Additional builds are planned for Yarmouth, Marstons Mills, Falmouth, Brewster, and Sandwich. Qualifying families are selected via drawing, and future homeowners contribute sweat equity, helping build their homes alongside local volunteers, then purchase their homes with an affordable mortgage. Habitat Cape Cod has been awarded nationally for building energy-efficient, affordable homes. All homes are deed-restricted to remain affordable in perpetuity.
